Overview – Refer A Friend Program

The Hickory Global Partners (“HICKORY”) “Refer-a- Friend Program” (“Program”) was designed to provide an incentive to our current membership, to refer your Travel Agency (“Agency") and Corporate Travel Department (“CTD”) industry friends Qualified Leads to HICKORY with added incentives for those Qualified Leads that sign with HICKORY and remain an active member for six months or longer.

HICKORY defines a Qualified Lead as the referral of a Corporate or Leisure Travel Agency or CTD based in the United States or Canada that is not already an active HICKORY member, and the name of a key decision maker and title at the referred Agency or CTD. The Qualified Lead must be in a leadership or management role who has the authority to review and evaluate HICKORY, with the clear expectation that Qualified Leads are personally known to you. HICKORY will use your name in our introductory communications with a Qualified Lead.

An active HICKORY member is defined as an Agency or CTD with HICKORY productivity and/or member activity within the past twelve (12) months.

Steps as Outlined on the Landing Page of the Refer A Friend Incentive Program

Step 1

We know you have many ‘friends’ in the travel agency community, so now is your chance to cash-in and share the value of HICKORY. Provide HICKORY with the name and full contact details of a leisure/corporate Travel Agency or Corporate Travel Department that you want to refer to our program on the form below. The referral should be key decision makers who have the authority to review products and services. The referral cannot currently be an active member of Hickory Global Partners.

Step 2

The key decision maker at your referral will then be contacted by a HICKORY team member to review what HICKORY has to offer. We will use your name in our initial introductory communications. If you would like to make the introduction on behalf of HICKORY that is acceptable too. Please indicate your preference for this very important step on the form.

Step 3

We’ll send you a $25 Amazon Gift Card for every Qualified Lead

You will receive a 2nd $25 Amazon Gift Card if your referral signs up for one or more of HICKORY’s programs

When your referral successfully reaches their six month anniversary, you will receive a final $25 Amazon Gift Card if the agency/CTD is actively utilizing our products and services that they enrolled in and provided a minimum of $75.00 in revenues to HICKORY.

The HICKORY Business Development Team will evaluate all submissions in a timely manner to determine if the lead submitted meets the definition of a Quailed Lead as outlined above and that your Qualified Lead was not previously submitted.

HICKORY will further review our membership database to determine if the submitted agency lead is currently an ‘active’ member of HICKORY. We define active members as those Agencies/CTDs that are members of HICKORY and have HICKORY activity using our products/services within the past twelve (12) months.

Fulfillment of Earned Incentive

HICKORY will process all earned incentives as outlined in this program based on the following fulfillment schedule:

Step One: HICKORY will process your initial $25 Amazon Gift Card within 30 days once HICKORY has made initial contact with a Qualified Lead.

Step Two: HICKORY will process your 2nd $25 Amazon Gift Card within 30 days, once HICKORY has successfully implemented your Qualified Lead.

Step Three: HICKORY will process your final $50 Amazon Gift Card within 30 days, once you’re Qualified Lead remains an active member of HICKORY for 60 days after the referred Agency/CTD officially joined HICKORY.

Subject to errors, omissions or change. HICKORY’s judgment on all rules shall be final. Void where prohibited by law.
